Lhodrak Nyidey Dratshang celebrates the 45th birthday anniversary of His Majesty the King.
Bjemina, 21 February 2025—Lhodrak Nyidey Dratshang in Bjemina joyfully celebrated the 45th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the King with deep reverence and devotion. His Eminence Jewoen Rinpoche graced the auspicious occasion, accompanied by local authorities from Mewang Gewog and members of the nearby communities.
In a display of unwavering loyalty and gratitude, the monks and devotees offered heartfelt prayers and a solemn zhabten for His Majesty's long life and for the nation's continued peace and prosperity. The event reflected the profound spiritual connection and reverence that the people held for their beloved King, reaffirming the nation's unity and steadfast commitment to the Golden Throne.
The ceremony included traditional Buddhist rituals, karmey wangchok (lamp offerings), and tshok (ritual feast) dedicated to His Majesty’s well-being.
